- Provider – the company “MIK Sp. z o.o.” with its registered office at Melioracyjna 6, 57-200 Ząbkowice Śląskie, NIP: 8871650604, KRS: 0000061943
- Recipient – any individual accessing the Service and using the services provided through the Service by the Provider
- Electronic Communication – Communication between parties via email and contact forms available on the website
II. General Provisions
- The Terms of Service define the rules of operation and use of the Service and set out the rights and obligations of Recipients and the Provider related to the use of the Service.
- The Provider’s services include providing free tools in the form of the Service, enabling Recipients to access content such as posts, articles, audiovisual materials, or online applications and electronic forms
- Any content, articles, and information containing advice or tips published on the Service are general collections of information and are not directed to individual Recipients. The Provider is not responsible for their use by Recipients.

IV. Newsletter Service Conditions
- Recipients can use the Service without subscribing to the Newsletter.
- Newsletter subscription is voluntary.

- Each Recipient subscribed to the Newsletter has the option to unsubscribe independently.
- Recipients can do this through the link included in each email message.
- Unsubscribing from the Newsletter results in the removal of the provided email address from the Provider’s database.
V. Conditions for Communication and Provision of Other Services in the Service
- The Service provides tools and services enabling Recipients to interact with the Service in the form of:

- If the Recipient contacts the Provider, the personal data of Recipients will be processed in accordance with the “Privacy Policy“, which is an integral part of the Terms of Service.
VI. Collection of Recipient Data
To provide services properly, secure the Provider’s legal interest, and ensure Service compliance with applicable laws, the Provider collects and processes certain User data via the Service.

VII. Copyright

- Under the Copyright Act of 4 February 1994, it is prohibited to use, copy, reproduce in any form, and store in search systems, except for Google, Bing, Yahoo, NetSprint, DuckDuckGo, Facebook, and LinkedIn, any articles, descriptions, photos, and all other content, graphic materials, videos, or audio contained in the Service without written consent or consent communicated via ElectronicCommunication from their legal owner.
- According to the Copyright Act of 4 February 1994, simple press information, understood as mere information without commentary or evaluation from the author, is not protected. The author understands this as the possibility of using information from texts published in the Service but not copying entire articles or parts of articles unless explicitly marked in the material made available on the Service.
VIII. Changes to the Terms of Service
- All provisions of the Terms of Service may be changed unilaterally by the Provider at any time, without providing reasons.
- Changes to the Terms of Service take effect immediately upon publication.
- It is assumed that each Recipient, by continuing to use the Service after a change to the Terms of Service, fully accepts it.
IX. Final Provisions
- The Provider will make every effort to ensure that the Service is offered continuously. However, it does not bear any responsibility for disruptions caused by force majeure or unauthorized interference by Recipients, third parties, or external automated programs.
- The Provider reserves the right to change any information on the Service at a time of their choosing without prior notice to Recipients using the Service.
- The Provider reserves the right to temporarily, completely, or partially disable the Service to improve it, add services, or perform maintenance without prior notice to Recipients.
- The Provider reserves the right to permanently disable the Service without prior notice to Recipients.
- The Provider reserves the right to transfer, in part or whole, all its rights and obligations related to the Service without the consent or objection of the Recipients.
